We are currently looking for a variety of Special Inspectors for various Building & Infrastructure projects in New Jersey. We have full-time, part-time, and contract positions available. 

• DCA certifications or multiple certifications is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, construction, or relevant field experience.
• ACI Level I Concrete Field Testing Technician.
• ACI Level II Concrete Special Inspector.
• ICC Structural Masonry.
• Soil Compaction using a Density Gauge including Troxler safety training.
• 10-hour OSHA construction safety is a plus.

 Qualified professionals will also have: 

• A valid driver’s license.
• Personal transportation in good working condition.
• Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients of all levels.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to provide inspection reports in a timely manner.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications. 
• Works well with a team and individually.
• Familiarity with construction site safety precautions.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
